[INTERVIEW] BRYAN TEARE ON HOW TO FIND YOUR PURPOSE

“No one is going to make life awesome for me.”

– Bryan Teare, International Coach, Podcaster, Speaker

I met the wonderful Bryan Teare – a podcaster and international success coach – through an online community group for coaches on Facebook and I was immediately drawn to his positive and practical outlook. I had the pleasure of interviewing him for the 2017 Start Your Business Summit all about Finding Your Passion and Purpose which is an area a lot of my coaching clients are struggling with (and I also struggled with myself for many years!).

Without getting all ‘what is the meaning of life’ on ya before you’ve even had your morning coffee, it’s such an important topic to get a handle on for anyone thinking about starting up.

Personally, I have let my business drift in to areas that may have been lucrative but simply drained me of precious time, robbed me of joy or stressed me out which is totally not the point being your own boss right?! Whilst I don’t regret it, I am certainly aware of just how important it is to hone in on what you want to do and the people you want to serve so you don’t get sucked in to projects/ideas that just don’t sit well with you and what you dream of for your life.

In this audio interview Bryan shares his thoughts on:

The most common struggles new entrepreneurs face

What to do when we are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or confused

Why it’s important to tap in to your passion and uncover your big WHY?

How to gain clarity around your purpose and how to ‘find’ yours

What about you? Do you struggle with finding your passion or perhaps have to many? I’d love to here your thoughts in the comments below.
